Columbia's Business School is one of the top ten in the world. So when they decided to present their new Dean to the world, we knew it needed to be special. "It has to look classic" was the brief.
We took inspiration from the instantly recognizable '60 Minutes' look — and designed an intimate low-lit chat nested inside a large wood-paneled room.
Making a simple interview set-up look good is all about the details. The positioning of four cameras, the placement of furniture and background decorative elements, the nuances of lighting… it all matters, and it all takes time to get it right.
